Prem pariyar , who grew up on the streets of the capital, Kathmandu, is one of the victim who is totally attached with glue. “It had been a years that I am sniffing glue” he added. Like him there are a huge numbers of victim that has been sniffing glue on the street of capital, Kathmandu.
